Barclayscard owned wholly by Barclays Bank PLC bought out several credit card accounts from Bank of America.  BoA had offered 0% interest on at least two of their credit cards for a certain amount of time (SallieMae and Upromise).   These accounts were transitioned from BoA to Barclays while zero percent and scheduled minimum payments were in effect.

Barclaycard's transition has created multiple problems by disregarding scheduled payment and trying to collect finance charges on balances paid by due date.  When confronted Barclaycard denied verifying that the offers made by BoA were confirmed by Barclays at the time of transition.

Phone calls made first go the Philippines, where the customer service persons are most inept and I have to request to be transferred back to the US, usually Colorado or Delaware.
