 I would like to express my opinion on Beach Pro Realty, especially that of realtor Christie Rhodes. She has been helping me for nearly a year find the "right" place for me and my kids to live. I could not ask for a more patient, kind, caring person than Christy! She is absolutely amazing and anyone who is retains her as a realtor gets much more than "just a realtor" she cares about her clients! I feel fortunate enough to call her a friend too! I know that if I need anything all I have to do is call her. She is just an amazing person all the way around! I highly recommend this realty company and if anyone asked for a referral she would be the first name out of my mouth, buying or renting!

Thanks for you all you have done Christy business wise and friendship wise! I can't imagine ANYONE saying something negative about you, your business or family!!

Beach pros are resorting now to posting fake "great" reiviews on many websites. After doing more reasearch on negative reviews about the "beach pros" I found this review where an agent of Beach pros attacked, and slandered an upset customer, just like in this review. BUYER BEWARE

I have personally worked with Gail and Tom for several years in marketing and advertising with Beach Pros Realty.  I have recently began working with Christie several months ago and they are some of the nicest people I have worked with.  They are true professionals who care about their company and each and every one of their properties.  Over the years, we have referred many families who have booked one of Beach Pros properties and we have always had nothing but excellent reviews. 

Take it from a professional who has been in the travel industry for close to a decade, the owners and the general manager Christie are all A+.  They take pride in what they do and I do know first hand they take care of each and every family who books with them.

Hopefully this will set the record straight and this kind of malice behavior and slander will not negatively affect a good honest company like Beach Pros Realty.

Plus...Sandbridge Beach is AMAZING and you WILL be in good hands with Christie and the Beach Pros!

I am getting married next year and would like to have my wedding at the beach. A friend of mine referred Christi Rhodes at Beach Pros Realty to me. I contacted Christi Rhodes inquiring about their beach house rentals and the possibilites of having my wedding there next year. She was and continues to be extremely helpfu and professional. She went over the the rental laws and rules with me and answered all of my questions and I do have a lot! I have seen and visited a few of their beach rental properties and I couldn't have been more thrilled with the choices. The properties are immaculate and very well kept. I am so thrilled and thankful that I have such a competent real estate team to work with. It sure takes a lot of pressure off me and I feel so good knowing that my day si going to be spot on perfect!! 

Do you honestly believe the calvary is going to reign down upon anyone you declare to have commited a crime (for exposing you), or that any potential customer who reads this is seriously going to think you are credible after calling this a crime and the "authorities" are "going to get" someone? Batman and Joker are not real, and the executive branch of government has no jurisdiction over online reviews about your crummy rental properties, and customer service...

Local authorites? Where does the internet reside? You would be better off marching down to the federal magistrate so they can laugh at you and tell you, HEY LADY YOU NEED SOME HELP! 

All you have done here is discredit yourself. You should feel ashamed but I don't think you are capable of looking in the mirror and admitting you were wrong.

Beach Pros Realty has turned this over to the local authorities and does not feel the need to respond further to this matter. I believe our points were proven perfectly by the cryptic ramblings of this poor man.

Well folks, just let the madness speak for itself. 

Christi, I am willing to bet you had a very traumatic childhood. I am also willing to bet it was a man/men who hurt you. What your mind did when it created a character of this evil criminally insane man (who doesnt exist by the way), is it projected who you REALLY are inside that you keep repressed. All the things you hate about yourself, IE being mentally/emotionally unstable, a liar, a cheat, malicious, all those things. Egoic disorders, such as yours, are very common in adults who were severly traumatized. 

I am pretty sure you probably project on all the men in your life as well, and probably don't have any men in your life at all, or any that stick around for more than a week.

Without giving you too much unsolicited, professional mental health advice, you should be getting help for your issues. People who were traumatized, and therefore are mentally and emotionally damaged/unstable are not mentally ill. They just need help to see that they replaced reality with their own.

I can assure you that it is not a crime to post about the defeciencies of a business online. I am sure you would like it to be a crime for someone to even contradict you. But I am sure with someone like you running the show, there will be many more of these, and there are several horrible reviews about Beach Pros, already. You guys only have a handfull of homes available to rent, unlike your competition who has hundreds. They probably get the same amount of negative reveiws as Beach Pros annually, and that's not a great ratio to have.

If all Virginians are like this woman, I don't ever want to meet another again.

However, when this mentally unstable young man refused to work and money was not freely given to him, he began a malicious and fraudulent internet campaigne against us, along with harrassing and threatening phone calls, in an attempt to extort money from us. These threats and attacks were so frightening that an Emergency Order of Protection was filed for all of us. Its been a truly awful thing to go through.

We take our family business seriously and love what we do. So this kind of attack simply can't be taken lightly. This very sick man will be spending time behind bars, once again sadly. To the folks at Rip Off Report: I assure you, when the person (we do not have any guest who stayed with us with that name or anyone who reported any such incident with those very memorable details) is investigated, you will find unverifiable emails and dead ends.
