I ordered a pair of BeatMX headphones for my grandson from this company as the price was good. Apparently it was too good to be true! I should have checked out the company first, but failed to do so. Upon receipt of the product my grandson called to say they were counterfeit. He is 22 and knows electroics.
I tried to call the company to return the item and you only get a recording, stating to send an email. You cannot get a real person to talk to. It took a couple of emails to get a return address, which is in China. When trying to use the China address, our local PO did not know how to format it so it would work on the custom forms. The USPS does not allow you to purchase insurance for products going to China, nor a tracking number.
After numerous emails to Beatsofdre, they sent a copy of how to do the address plus requiring a tracking number back to their Illinois address. The local post office had no idea what they were talking about. I am afraid to try to return the iem to China, as I don't know if they will acknowledge recipt of them or not and I will be out even more money.
I have made a complaint to the Illinois Attorney General's office and to the FBI's department for online consumer complaints!

This is to let you know when I checked my credit card account today, I noticed I had a full refund from Beatsofdre-usa for the counterfeit Beatsmirx heardphones. I have been checking my credit card daily, to make sure no other charges were placed on it by this vendor.
I have had no notice about the refund and have not yet returned the headphones. I refuse to return them to China but will return them to an address in the US when Beatsofdre provides me with one. My last email from Beatsofdre was to inquire why I would not return the headphones for repair. My response was, they do not need repair, they are brand new. I need to return them to an address in the US for a full refund, as they are a counterfeit item. I have heard nothing more from this vendor.
