Benchmark Jewelers High Pressure/Deceptive Sales/Never memntioned no returns Hurst Texas

 Told the sales personal that I was looking at watches at the TAG Heuer store and he said that he could beat there prices.  I told him how much I wanted to spend and he keep offering a better deal each time and increasing the price.  I told him they Benchmark didn't have the watch I wanted, so he showed me others and keep upsaling me.  At the end he took links out of the watch and charged my card and then had me sign a piece of paper as he explained that thier was a price guarantee for 90 days.  When I went to return the watch the next day he said their are no returns.  I said what, it doesn;t say that on the receipt and you never told me that. 

He then pointed to the form he had me sign and in very small print with my singature through it that said no returns.  I couldn't even read it was so small and blurry.  I said if you would have told me that I never would have purchased the watch because I was still looking at other watches at other stores.  He said that is not our fault, you signed the form and that is there policy.  I said I want to speak to the manager and he said that would do no good.  I asked for the number to the corporate headquaters and they didn't agree to give me that. I told them tatha I would disput it with my credit card company and he said go ahead it will do no good. Now I'm stuck with a watch that I never even wanted and can't afford because of a misleading and high pressure sales person.
