Never received a refund BestBuyEyeglasses.com and they returned the damaged product. I had to buy a new pair from an honest company and still have the best buy pair sitting in the box never worn.

I did report them to better business bureau and the state attorney but they were unable to do anything about it.

I heard about a 2011 article on television where the owner/s of Best Buy Eyeglasses claim they do this kind of thing all the time to customers.

It's confirmed they are selling fake designer replicas too.

My experience with BestBuyEyeGlasses.com was by far the worst shopping
experience I have had online.

I ordered some glasses from BestBuyEyeglasses.com about 2 months ago,
first they sent a used pair of shop-worn frames, then for a replacement
BestBuyEyeGlasses.com sent another pair with lenses cracked all along
one side.

They refuse to refund the money as stated and promised on a previous
call.

I suggest reporting them to BBB.org and FTC.gov immediately if you are
having trouble recovering your money stolen from Best Buy Eyeglasses

I purchased eyeglasses there because of their good price. Guess what? You will not receive any glasses. Best Buy Eyeglasses will tell you they are on the way or that the color is on back order or some other excuse.
