when I asked him of the videotaping he ignored me.By this time of the day I was frustrated with him payed him & he loaded his truck & took off.So I had some errands to do left the house for about 2-3 hrs.came home to find my house was topping the 87F.the air was on but not blowing cold air like it was before he did anything on this so called job.So I called the company back told Adam the management what was going on he told me he would have Antoin call me back.
I waited for what seemed like ever & finally Antoin called back I told him of the problem had me check some things out still nothing then he told me he would try to come back out but he doubted it. I sayed do you expect my family to do without A/C until tomorrrow then he said to me he would call me back that he was still on anoughthere job in Douglasville.So I called a friend of mine & we figured out the problem.He had left the sump pump unplugged & it works like a safety switch for the A/C condisation line & keeps the A/C off.
Then my family started getting sick,so I went out to pull out the filter I saw what was the problem the coils were caked up with a black looking Gue all over the coils inside.I took some pictures with my camera phone of the nasty nus.I sent the pictures to the company & demanded someone be sent out A.S.A.P.but do not send the same guy back out.That's when I spoke to Jeff,management he told me someone would be back out to do the job right.That was on 8/10/12 he told me his field supervisor no one ever showed up.
I called the company back Adam told me the job was not bided right & that they would not be coming back out to do the job the job was to hard & would be crediting my credit card back the money. I said no way your work is warrated & I want someone out there to fix the D_ _ n problem.Then he said that someone would be out on 8/14/12. The same tech was sent back out to my home with the pictures I'd sent to them he had a very pissy attitude.He started getting into a heated argument with my wife while I was on the phone I spoke up & told him not to talk to my wife like that I told him he was not even supposed to be here.
He calmed down & offered to do the job,so I let him since he was already here.I went to call Adam to find out why he was here he told me that I'd better be glad he was there &hung the phone up on me.I'd say it was about 30 minutes later Antoin came & got me and said he was finished so I let him get out of here & went & looked at the coils they were cleaned a little better but my A/C coils in places are flataned & still in places there is the black gunk.So if I were any of you trying to decied on who to use as a contractor for this kind of job stay far far far away from this company Best Home Services@770-433-8188 out of Duglasville ,Ga.30135 & they still have not credited my money back. STAY AWAY!!!

Hea, still no one from the company has returned my phone call's. or my monies from the horrible job.Now I've hired a new company to come in & clean the job that was left by the outragesly bad company. The new company came in and did every vent in the house cleaned the coils and found microables inside the coil area.That is probably what made all of us sick from the start.They told me that if I had not called them we could've gotten sicker. I want people to know the company's name I called because they did a wounderful job could not ask for any better and they charged me 200.00 dollar's, $110.00 less than Better Home Service's.The company's name is Atlanta Air Experts they are really the( AIR EXPERTS ).
