Blue Hill Avenue Cahoots Fleeced Victims Lose 4 Million - Erwin, Kirishima, Chortkoff, etc. Pocket Money and Run Jacksonville, Oregon

I have a couple of reports on the Rip-Off site already about my experiences with
these crooks. 

From what I understand, the movie Blue Hill Avenue and several others are being marketed now in Europe by Mark Holdom who now lives in Rome, Italy (google his name/lots of info on him).  This is apparently to once again bypass any revenue obligations to the investors. 

Blue Hill Avenue was just shown again on television recently (July, 2011), so it continues to bring in revenue. 

Interestingly enough, an attorney by the name of Sam Braslau in Los Angeles offered to bring a class action lawsuit on behalf of the victims a couple of years ago and planned to partner with a larger firm in doing so.  Strangely, Braslau suddenly indicated the project had been tabled with no plans to re-instigate a lawsuit.  Recently, however, while surfing the Internet, I discovered that he is now partnered with Mark Holdom in some film projects - hmmmmm.  You draw your own conclusions.
