BEWARE!

AUTHOR: Todd - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 22, 2013

The word is, that these two individuals Mr. Bradley Wynn and Mr. Robert Bisger are running scams by charging upfront fees to their clients, and are unable to close any deals. I, and other individuals in the entertainment business have done our research on these two individuals, and the results are not good. BEWARE!

The original March 24, 2011 report filed on this website is ABSOLUTELY false. It is quite obvious from reading it that it was intended to be a complete assassination of one's character and reputation.

Please review the following information for the actual truth.

Inappropriate use of this reporting system

AUTHOR: Justin - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, January 30, 2012

Having observed the events that led up to what prompted this report I have a perspective worth considering if you are reading this and considering working with Bradley.

This has been a difficult time for small businesses, and many of us are now competing for few positions. Being such a lean time the stakes are particularly high every time we set out to build a product, with little room for recovery in the event things fall through on a deal.

For some of the people involved there is work-product at stake, and for others there is cash invested.

My instincts suggest that this website is designed more for the investor than for the work-producing partner, but as it turns out it is used by just about anyone who comes upon Bradley and is looking to get a feel for who he is.

The problem with this kind of reporting is it requires no objective basis for the assertions of fact, but it is viewed as being somehow authoritative.

So I'd like to point out the fact that these kinds of reports are based on opinions. Many of the opinions are from people who are upset because they were either harmed in some way, or they didn't get what they wanted out of an interaction, and it is important to differentiate between the two. Being harmed and not getting what one wants may be comparable, in a sense, but they are far apart on the scale of severity - and this is reflected in how our legal system approaches disputes.

In the absence of any legal action to recover the "fees" referenced in the original report, it is difficult to see where I am supposed to take an assertion, such as the one in question, as anything more than an unsubstantiated attack, and an attempt to do harm. In the words of the report: "We are BLACKLISTING him and letting everyone in the industry know of him and his actions. Were also posting this post on every other site possible. These type of idiots need to be eliminated from this industry."
The author may have any number of personal reasons for wanting to hurt Bradley's career, and in his mind there may be a basis for this posting. I suggest that he go with it, and pursue legal action. It has been nearly a year since this was posted, and as it stands now there has been no follow-up legal action though it was implied in the post that one was imminent: "We are looking to take legal actions against him and all that are associated with him. We WILL NOT be pushed around or screwed out of any deals by anyone, especially brokers!".

Again - taking this into consideration I can't see where there is any real basis for allowing this report to damage Bradley's integrity.

There are a whole range of motives for publishing something like this report. I am suggesting that readers consider this, and consider the lack of any follow-up actions by the reporting individual before taking it seriously.

Why am I posting?

I have known Bradley for 6 years, and I have seen him working hard to see deals through to successful completion. I have also seen him work hard on deals and have them crumble. In each case his livelihood is at stake - he does not benefit from brokering failed agreements. He has genuinely been on-task with providing the best representation for his clients, and I've seen him enjoy quite a few successes.

Things are not always going to work out with business agreements, but that is what our legal system is designed to manage - the determination of fact, followed by the application of law. Without even having gone through that process I don't see how these assertions provide a valid basis for questioning Bradley Winn's integrity.

I suggest people keep this in mind when reading the report listed above, thank you.
