 Brandi Coco is a toxic two-faced game-player who should never be trusted. Brandi is a (flunky manager) at The Gourmet Shop in Columbia SC - a glorified sandwich shop. Brandi is a self serving ego-centric mean girl who expects everyone to admire her. She doesn't care about the good of the company, only about looking good, and expects you to feed her ego.

Brandi Coco lacks knowledge, work ethic and awareness. She yells to intimidate, screams to insult, and then yells some more. She bullies and demeans the staff she manages. She will be nice one minute and then gossip about you the next. She is also verbaly abusive to customers that rub her the wrong way - as well as vendors. Brandi never accepts responsiblity for her actions and instead blames others. Brandi thinks she knows better then anybody - but quite the opposite is true. Brandi fosters an extreme unprofessional attmoshphere.

If you are a vendor or a customer - beware of this woman. I would not use her for any catering jobs as she is not an honest business woman. Brandi personally lied to me about some arrangements we agreed upon for a catering for my employer. This made me look bad to my boss and Brandi lied to cover it up. 

The Gourmet Shop has a lot of potential - thats why I am blown away at their choice of managers - front and back of house. Brandi sets a poor tone for the business and drives customers, employees and vendors away. This woman belongs in a postion where she is not dealing with the public or managing people. She is a moronic, loud mouth, ignorent bully - that perpetuates unprofessional conduct, attitude and etiquette. She regularly engages in gossip and other imature, highschool behaviors. Brandi also regularly insults and threatens employees and vendors. If one thing goes wrong she becomes angry and assaults you with rediculous, demeaning rhetoric. Brandi has no idea how inarticulate and uninteligent she looks to others.

Brandi has no idea what it takes to run a food service operation or prioritizing her duties as a manager. Her efforts are laughable.

Bottom line, Brandi is a down right mean girl who thrives off of being malicious and disrespectful to others. She is like a bad cancer.

Do not do business with this woman or hire this woman to work for you in any capacity. Brandi Coco has anger management issues and physolgical problems that need to be addressed. Consider yourself warned.
