I paid Branza $350 to "re-vamp" my website.  My website was promised to appear on the first page of a google web search within 7-10 business days. Two weeks later, it was still not appearing in a google search. 

I sent an email to Branza. A few days later, I received an apologetic phone call, from Lindsey, re-promising results in another 7-10 business days.  At the end of a month, I still had no results. I called them and left a message stating that I had still seen no results and wanted to terminate their "service". 

I received another apologetic call from Lindsey. I explained that I had already paid them $350 and had receive NOTHING.  Please do not take anymore money from my bank account. "I'm sorry, but the next months payment has already been charged." No refunds. Lindsey tried to tell me that  my website not being displayed was my fault because I had been using google to search for it by keywords. (Am I the only one in the world searching google?) She said it had something to with my IP address.  I explained to her that her theory was flawed.  My website is not hosted from my IP address.  I can search from ANY computer with no results. I told her to try searching right now. She tried to give me an address to login to, that was NOT google or any other search engine, and said that if I went to that site, I would see my listing. Really?

Lindsey promised me she would have the problem resolved by the end of the day (Thursday).
Friday, still nothing.  Monday I get a call from Lindsey. "I got your google maps set up!", she said.
Big deal. I was already on google maps.

In short, Branza has taken me for $500 and given me NOTHING but a run around.

Say no to Branza.  They will rip you off and try to convince you it's your fault.

I'm curious.  What brings an already satisfied customer to a rip-off report website? Seems odd.  I suspect solicited damage control.  My apologies if you are genuine.  And I'm glad you are happy.  That does not change the fact I am out $500 and had to cancel my credit card to prevent Branza from taking MORE of my money.

I feel too bad on your scenario, but with my business
online that they did I am doing very well. I have a good result on Google and
open communication with them on any issue that I encountered. Maybe you only
need to communicate and clear things directly to them.

Stop blaming me. What you are saying is that google knows who is behind EVERY keyboard or that ALL IP addresses are associated with MY "budget allotted"?  Or that I am the ONLY person searching (not finding)? Should I place an ad in the paper asking everybody in the county NOT to use google, because it is depleting my "budget allotted", even though my website has NEVER been found from a google search.  I have already given Branza a chance to make things right and all it did was cost me another $150.  My money has been wasted and I am finished with Branza.

I strongly recommend, to others, Stay away from Branza!

I understand that you are frustrated with the results of your campaign and we take that very seriously.  Please call me personally so that I  can address your concerns myself.  We care tremendous about each of our customers results and it appears I need to clear up a couple items with you.  Your account has a paid marketing component.  By searching and clicking on it yourself you may have depleted the budget allotted for your account.  The other "address" URL is a view only tool that doesn't lower your rankings by clicking and not calling.  The viewer tool doesn't go against your marketing budget either.  Call me directly at 866-323-7538 if you would like to discuss this matter further in person.
