That's right. Karen and Brian Salle have changed the name of the yacht from Islands Duo to Flip Flops and have a new website called Flip Flops Yacht Charters. I am going to project that they will be ripping off more people under their new name just as they did when it was Islands Duo. Word is the yacht will be at the Westin in Key West.

Check out their new website. The usual request to fill out a form and wait for one of them to call you back and ask you to wire money to an account somewhere in south Florida. You wire the money and they move the yacht before you can get there or it's been arrested again by the US Marshall. Be careful.

Their grown kids Ashley and David Salle are involved too. This criminal spree family is on the move again. Do not send cash or wire money. Actually, don't deal with them at all. They are the scum of the earth.

I have friends in California who wired money for a nice vacation and lost thousands to these leeches. Apparently, they are not the only ones.

It seems Karens (ashlsal3) lastest scam on Ebay (which she got me for $3000), is you buy from her, you wait, you ask, you wait, you ask again until its outside of Ebay's 45 day limit, then she informs you that she has put in a claim to US post and when she gets the claim she will reimburse you, YEH right!! Well when she gets the money she keeps that too! Talk about a win win!!!! for her, makes a $6000 win out of a $3000 sale and seems to get away with it!

Ebay is not interested in stopping them either!

Yep! I have confirmed that the Salles are supposed to show up in bankruptcy court tomorrow and they are trying to get back the yacht, Island's Duo that they never paid a payment on so that they can continue to scam people out of money and pretend they are living this luxurious lifestyle. These people don't quit. If my sources are correct there will more than 15 people there to testify against them many whom they have swindled out of money. Victims galore in this ongoing saga of theft and fraud.

Looks like the Salles might be waiting for some more wire transfers for a Yacht to Fantacy Fest that they no longer have so that she can pay her way out of this mess she has created for herself in Flagler County. According to court records she had her case continued again. It is set again for 10/20/11.

Perhaps they can come up with a different scheme, change their names again and screw some more innocent people before then. They are very good at it so don't be fooled by this crime filled couple.

Obviously, I have no idea who you are but I wanted to thank you for posting much of this information. I hope that when people read these posts that they will not take them lightly as these people have not only taken money but they have taken precious life's moments and have tortured and continue to torture their innocent VICTIMS!!! They are heartless and without shame. They are vindictive and cruel. They are the meanest of the meanest and they get their kicks out of going after and destroying human lives. My hope is that someday they will be stopped. If not,  I can only pray that the good lord will deal with them in the end.

It looks like they are at it again! The Dirtbag Duo A.K.A Islands Duo and Scamming Duo, BrianThomas Salle, Brian Thomas Spears, Brian Spears Salle, Karen Marie Salle, Karen Marie Hoffman and any other names theyve used and changed their names to, and from and hide behind, it all continues to catch up with them because a leopard never changes its spots, and neither do these crooks.

Here is some super interesting inside news that weve heard from a close friend of one of their kids. We dont want to say which kid or who the close friend is because we dont want to ruin the chance of getting more information, but this is what weve been told.

It turns out that David Salle and Ashlee Salle arent even Brian Salles kids. They are Karen Salles kids that took Brian Spears fake name when he changed his last name from Spears to Salle. The kids all hate Brian Salle, (who doesnt) and Karen Salle hates him too and was already planning to leave him long ago but decided to stay when the noose began to tighten around her neck so that he could protect her from all this legal criminal trouble that he helped get her into. Karen threatens to leave him and blames him for everything, and Brian threatens to leave her saying she will have to defend herself against her current arrest charges of organized fraud and passing bad checks in Flagler County Florida.

So a secret meeting was held:

Karen Salle and her two kids David Salle and Ashlee Salle all had a family meeting without Brian Salle. They have all agreed that if the federal government or any government agencies that are all currently investigating them start getting close to handing down indictments, then the entire family would all blame everything on Brian Salle and agree to testify against him in a court of law to all save their own skins. Karen Salle was the organizing ringleader of this family meeting and it was all her idea. She even said, its easy to get a divorce when your husband is in prison, you just fill out a paper and sign your name and your divorced. So it sounds like she already has her escape plan all figured out. She figures the kids might get off scott free for their involvement in everything, and maybe she will only get probation if she negotiates really hard against the FBI and gives them all the very incriminating evidence and information she has against Brian Salle and agrees to testify against him, which she is very eager to do.

All this information came straight from one of their kids best friends, and there is lots more that we learned from this friend too that we will be investigating. It seems that Brian And Karen Salle have filed lawsuits against some of their victims in their attempt to bully and intimidate them into going away.  And we were also told about a huge lawsuit involving both Brian Salle and Karen Salle in a small town called Cedar Key Florida where they stole millions and millions of dollars from victims selling them real estate that they didnt even own. (I guess he got tired of selling Subway sandwich franchises that he didnt own for hundreds of thousands of dollars, so now Brian Salle decided to graduate to selling million dollar properties that he didnt own). This ties in to the newspaper article that reported the $4.7 million judgment against each Brian Salle and Karen Salle. Cedar Key does not keep their court records online so I am going to have to make a road trip to discover what this is all about.  If anyone in here knows, please put the details in this consumer forum for all of us to see and warn others about it.

It seems that Brian Salle and Karen Salle dont like all these postings appearing at the top of the front page of all the google, yahoo and bing search engines. Thats killing their crime business because now all their future and potential victims they were planning on screwing out of money, can google their names and all these damaging reports and postings appear right at the very top of the first page, tipping off their victims to beware and do not do business with this organized crime family.

People looking for expensive luxury million dollar homes and yachts will contact Karen Salle who will set them up with Brian Salle to scam them out of their money by getting them to invest in one of his phantom real estate deals or Subway sandwich franchise sales or yacht fractional ownerships or luxury yacht charters or any one of a multitude of scams that theyve run over the years and continue to run successfully stealing millions and millions of dollars from innocent victims.

Karen-Salle.com was created by Brian Salle and Karen Salle to try to help them spread favorable propaganda about Karen Salle. What a joke! You know that you are extremely pathetic when the only person in the world that has anything at all nice to say about Karen Salle is Karen Salle and Brian Salle when they are trying to spread fantasy propaganda in order to hide Karen Salles disgusting reputation by hiding all the bad publicity on the Internet by making lots of postings that will push their Karen Salle websites to the top of the first page of the google, yahoo and bing search engines and push all these postings on these consumer websites down to the back pages.  Nice try but it wont work! She worked at this condominium property many years ago but now created this website so she could brag about her fake accomplishments on a website that looked like it wasnt owned by them. But records show the Nassau Bahamas company that owns this domain traces directly back to Brian and Karen Salle. Its also rumored that they keep some of their millions of dollars of stolen money in the Bahamas and many other different Caribbean countries. So they create this fake website on August 6th and then just 4 days later the administrator of the website creates a glorified article about all the Home Owners Associations Karen Salle has sat on and how she is such a wonderful representative. Go read it for yourself and see what I mean. What a bunch of garbage, this is all their own words. And its the only comment by the administrator of the website and its on the main landing page of the website. How stupid are they? This doesnt even look real at all to anyone.

Its been posted on many websites that Brian Salle and Karen Salle use threats and intimidation to scare their victims into leaving them alone and letting Brian and Karen Salle get away with their thefts and dirty deeds by threatening their victims with big lawsuits.  Their belief is that even though their lawsuit is frivolous and completely without merit and that they dont stand a ghost of a chance of winning, it still does a good job of scaring and intimidating their victims. So many of their victims just give up and go away letting Brian Salle and Karen Salle once again get away with stealing and victimizing another innocent hard working nice person.

So I encourage everyone to not give up the fight. Dont let  this crime family win. They have cheated so many people and stolen millions and millions of dollars from so many innocent people that we must stand united to stop them from their own personal crime wave.

Brian Spears Salle and Karen Salle continue their Scam Across America as they continue changing names of their companies and forming new ones every time their victims catch on to them and word spreads of their scams.

They haven't owned a boat in several months after their last one got seized by the sheriff's department right in the middle of another one of Brian Salle and Karen Salle's scams.  They charged big dollars for a wedding to be held on their 104' yacht named Islands Duo.  The problem is they were running from the law and it caught up with them in Key West, Florida during the wedding ceremony.

Both Brian Spears Salle and Karen Salle were escorted off the Islands Duo motor yacht during the wedding reception on the boat.  The sheriff's department allowed the wedding reception to continue so as not to further victimize the newlyweds, but since boat was unable to move under its own power, they never went on the sunset cruise the couple and all their wedding guests were promised that was to be included with the $10,000 price they paid in cash to Brian Spears Salle and Karen Salle to host their wedding.

The owner of the boat who Brian Spears Salle had stolen the boat from, had to spend over $30,000 to make the boat operable enough to motor it back to a boatyard in Fort Lauderdale Florida so it could be sold.

So now, Brian and Karen Salle, don't have a boat but that doesn't stop them from taking money from people offering them charters on their luxury yacht, and vacations in Key West for Fantasy Fest.

I was at a hotel party last night and met some people and heard about lots more that will travel any distance to testify against Brian Thomas Salle and Karen Marie Salle to help send them to prison where they belong. That is their full names. At least that is Brian's name AFTER he scammed so many people under his original REAL name of Brian Thomas Spears, that he had to change it! That's right, Brian Thomas Salle was originally named Brian Thomas Spears.

I and many of my friends have been ripped off by Karen and Brian Salle. I was a victim of their "fractional ownership" scheme. Several people that I know have been ripped off by them.

They have a new "deal" on Facebook and on Vacationrentals for renting the yacht and there is NO YACHT! They will take your money and run. Karen wants you to send her the money by wire transfer. They have many checking accounts and she is up on charges for passing bad paper. Do not deal with them.

Karen Salle was arrested May 24, 2011 in Flagler County on 2 Criminal Felony Charges.

#1 Passing worthless checks.

#2 Scheming to commit organized fraud.

She is currently out on bail. This is all public record but what is strange is that the entire report with Karen Salle's mug shot and everything were on the website www.Florida.Arrests.org and after only two days it was taken down and is no longer there. But if you google Karen Salle Mug Shot you can still find links to the missing page and other sites with her current mug shot and another one from a 2003 arrest.

I've confirmed that their boat has been seized by the federal marshals, but Karen Salle and Brian Salle still have their IslandsDuo.com website active and are still actively selling "Fractional ownership" (timeshares) on a yacht that they don't even own, continually scamming people out of more money even while she is out on bail!

Karen Salle is now using her real estate license in Key West Florida while Brian Salle uses his captain license and together they are a real scamming machine finding lots of super rich yacht-owning millionaires and people looking at million dollar homes in Key West Florida who they easily scam out of more millions even while Karen is out on bail.

And their Islands Duo Facebook page is still promoting and accepting deposits to charter the boat that they don't even own or have because the federal marshals seized it! AND they are still accepting reservations for $15, 000, paid in advance, to go to Key West Fantasy Fest in October 2011. I wonder how many $15, 000 payments they've already scammed people out of that think they're going on a vacation to Key West and when they arrive there will be no boat and only several other people standing on the dock that all got ripped off by this scamming Brian and Karen Salle couple. Hundreds of thousands of people go to Fantasy Fest, so it is easy for them to get 100 people to send them $15, 000 in advance so they can scam another $1, 500, 000.00.

You don't have to dig very deep to find someone they've scammed who is happy to tell you how they scammed them.  Here is more information I'd learned, and the aliases they use and the companies they form and own to continue their scamming success.
