British Petro Corporation, Dr. Paul Nader Loan Scam, Bogus Project Financing Internet, Manchester, Vancouver, British Columbia

Dr. Paul Nader and British Petro Capital claim to provide worldwide project financing as affiliates of British Petroleum and OPEC. Nader claims to have two doctorate degrees and is located in Vancouver purportedly with a staff of 270 people. They want the loan requests to be sent by mail to their receiving office and not by e-mail or fax. Nader's phone is not traceable, and an office does not exist.

 In fact, their receving facility is a postal boxes store where British Petro has a mail box, and they have no affiliation with British Petroleum or OPEC.  IT IS A SCAM to collect fees for non-existent loans. BEWARE.
