My name is Sam Y. I was hire by CDN Logistics Inc, and approved to upload trailer from Carson, CA on May 01/2012 drove to Seattle WA, then drove to CDN Office lot in IL on May 07/2012. I have was held for 4 days include 2 days orientation waiting for the office final approval to continued driving, but at the end I got negative approval. At no choice I was told by the office lire's management to drive back home to LA. CA, empty without load since the insurance and others BS stories did not approve, but yet I was approved prior to that day to take responsibility and carry CDN Logistics Inc, loads over 3,000 mills drop and hook. I file with small claim court and won, they have try hard to appeal the judgment but no luck, some time we get the true justice. Now that I have the judgment in my hand and they are still refusing and planning not to pay, they will make it as hard as possible not to pay others. I try to communicate but there is nobody to talk with…Oh well that was accepted by CDN unprofessional operation, why not to scam off O.O and drivers. I am looking for someone that have any CDN Logistics bank account or copy of pay-check from CDN, any information that can help in order to levy and collect my salary money.
