on march 4,2011 credit report took $19.95 out of my discover card they claim that i am a member. they send me e-mails that you can't reply to. i live in mexico and don't have a telephone. ndiscover card stopped the payment for about 2 weeks than give the money back to them. i cancelled my card and got a new no and on april 4. 2011 discover let them have more money from the new card. now i have cancelled the new card and i am going to pay them what i owe less the credit report. credit report never gave me anything so i don't owe them anything
