Went in for virus scan and went home with replaced video card, said it was the one I came in with. Wrong I have the box and receipt for my GForce $400 card now left with a $29.00 card. You are computer store buy your own don't scrap out parts and sell or keep for yourself.

Beware of service here.

Located now  beside Rogers on Garrison Rd after changing name from Compu-meds to CS Niagara and now CSN Niagara Tech Centre, changing your name doesn't change your  business practices haven't you learned. Ed clean house and start fresh this is poor business practice, bad service and bad rep. Fort Erie has trusted services to help you, shop elsewhere or beware.

Dear Brad,

I'd like to thank you for ensuring we are aware that there may be deficiencies in our business!  We feel that our staff is dedicated to customer satisfaction and honesty and it is personally heart-breaking that we may not have been there for you during your time of 'tech' need.  We have always made a point to instill a sense of honesty and customer service with our staff and up to this point feel that is the reason why our customers continue to choose us and allowed us to expand and build a new centre to assist with their needs.

It also appears this is not your first submission to RipOffReport.com and I am saddened to learn that we have had not one - but three opportunities to earn your business and have (presumably) failed at all attempts!  On July 25, 2012, you wrote that you had an issue with an expensive video card that was replaced with an inexpensive knockoff (this is the rebuttal for that claim which can always be found here: http://www.ripoffreport.com/brad/computer-service-repair/brad-if-you-get-service-at-ga-f2c41.htm). 

Then on August 6, 2012, you appear to have submitted another post regarding "Three tries and your [sic] out. I am not paying for bad services." (this posting can be found at: http://www.ripoffreport.com/tech-centre-fort-eri/computer-service-repair/tech-centre-fort-erie-csn-tech-12dd2.htm) . 

I'd like to thank you for providing us with three separate attempts to earn your business, even after your accusation of replacing your video card several months prior.

I encourage you to contact us directly regarding your three service-related issues to allow us to help regain your business.  I can assure you that these are isolated incidences and we have always put our customers and their best interest first.

Great glad to here you rely on word of mouth to advertise. I will be glad to share my point of view with all my friends.

Changing your name only confuses customers but they can search you online even if name has changed.

Watching you closely and it was only 8 mths ago I had my service done. See you online!

PS you had original name, now you sound like another company in town, very cheap way to earn a better rep off the backs of others just shows your real roots prior to end of Compu-meds

I'd like to thank you for this opportunity to allow me to update everyone on our company history, as we are proud of our past and very excited about our future!  As described above, C.S. Niagara (CSN) grew from the ashes of an excellent company that met with an unfortunate end.  We were sad to see our employer close their doors but also excited to become entrepreneurs and the opportunity to provide skilled and quality computer-related services in the Region.  

For two years we have grown our customer base on our skill-sets, knowledge, and honesty and after those years in a cramped (and difficult to find as it was behind a laundromat) office at 1247 Garrison Road, we moved into our new purpose-designed office at 1267 Garrison Road.  This office was designed to provide the space and environment necessary to facilitate world-class technician services as well as a pleasing space for customers and staff.   At the same time of the move, we Incorporated the business and updated the name and logo which we feel better reflects what services we provide.  Our new incorporated name is 'CSN Tech Centre Ltd.' You'll notice that we kept a reference to C.S. Niagara in the name as an homage to our roots as we are very proud of our past.  

We also want to take this opportunity to thank our staff as they work very hard to ensure the success of the company.  They are dedicated and we appreciate all of their efforts as it is they that have helped earned the trust of the community - which can be daunting in a relatively small town  where everybody seemingly knows everybody!  It is because of them that we generate amazing referrals and word-of-mouth.
