I would like to give clear and real facts to show the real truth about Call Com Inc, Techs4Success Inc and Me Tom Green CEO of both companies.

It is true we had been involved in a fraud program in 2005 named Peraads. What is not true is that there is any pattern or abuse that shows bad intent on our part. This complaint is real and I fully agree with the facts that Fong placed $8,000 in this Peraads. What he does not disclose is he and I have talked several times and he knows that I as well lost over $25,000 of my own funds in this fraud scam of Peraads. I made sure every person including Fong was given all the facts I had. They chose as I did to place funds in a deal that sounded very good at the time. It turned out it was a complete fraud and we were hurt with others.

What Fong does not mention is even though I lost my funds and some of my reputation as a result of the actions we all took I have agreed to pay each person back in full with as much profit as we can add.

What is also not mentioned is we have built a real and a strong business out of the ashes of that fraud. There have been many happy customers and since from our Call Com Inc, Call Center, BPO, in Angeles City that employs 150 people. We have employees that have worked with us since that date and they know what the intention and real actions have been.

If Fong checks with us we have landed a huge contract that will resolve his matter very soon. We are the sole contracting company for the program the 4 Steps To Success Action Plan. This program has strong investors and we are their sole outscore contracted and partnered Call Center, BPO company. These investors would not place trust in us if we were not a real and solid company.

To be very clear the fraud was not part of Call Com Inc and took place with a company named T4S Inc. The T4S Inc company not only placed our company in Peraads they also stole funds directly from our group. We had a share of 40% that was stolen by their CEO and this would have paid off every member in Peraads.
I was not the owner of Peraads and we were just a company contracted with them. Fong knows the facts but placed this complaint to hurt us and he knows it was a fraud issue against all of us. He will be paid back in full and with as much profit as we can. It is a shame he would do this when we are always a phone call away.

We have never stopped communication our stopped promising to pay him back. We first had to rebuild the entire business from scratch with little help. We did this and have been growing steady for 3 years since. Now this year we think is the year we will pay him back and any others. We have other big opportunities that have come our way from hard work.

We have some very big names that are partnered with our Company Call Com Inc. They know that facts and we hold nothing back we disclose all to anyone who works with us. We think it good business to be frank and honest as I have been here.
