JD Marvel Products Inc, CDN Mailorder Exchange and US Mailorder Exchange, Canadian Mailorder exchange have gone bankrupt. This as of about 2 weeks ago. Their office space is up for rent, the phones have been disconnected and nothing is being shipped.

The trustee in this affair is Schwarts, Levitsky Feldman Inc.

The facts are clear, over 2000 complaints have been lodged against this company, they have gone out of business, numerous law suits have been filed against the company by suppliers, the owner John Dragan is under investigation.
