I used to work for these companies as a customer service rep. These companies are all combined together in one building on one call center floor. Capitalfirst for instance says that they are from Miami Florida but they are actually located at 701 west Lp 340 Waco Tx. These companies are a scam, They would have us lie to our customers and tell them that they would be recieving their trial periods when in fact most of the time the trial periods were already over. And on our computers most of the time the customer was already charged for the package but if they did not know about it we were not allowed to say anything so that they would have to wait until their 30 days was up and then they would not get their money back. I wish someone would put this company out of business. The do not go by the names of the cards but the company name is Specialty Outsourcing Solutions.
