 I started selling roofs, insurance restoration for Jody Rogers Cardinal Roofing & Restoration, LLC Mr Rogers explained to me that all I had to do was sell and he would take care of meeting adjusters, ording materials and project managing the jobe and for my swelling I woild receive aa commission of 50% of the profit after taking out the material and labor costs + 10% of the gross for office overhead including lead costs (leads were to be provided). All that he promissed was a lie he refused to give me accountings of the actual costs, he thinks I am supposed to trust him. He owes me money and an accounting!

Mr Jody Rogers would short change the customers by not giving them what the insurance company allowed for (example the insurance company would pay the homeowner to hace a complete textured ceiling scraped some drywall replaced and preped and re textured. He would scrape the damaged area, may or may notreplace the drywall and and spot in the area telling the consumer that the  insurance company didn't pay enough for him to do the work properly (money is what he worships). Hetold customers that the suppliers were so far behind that it would take 6 months before they would get there warranty sent to them (another lie) Promissed customers referral money and didn't pay.

I would recommend anyone considering to do business with Mr. Rogers think twice and then find someone else.
