Career Development Assoociates Deloris Reynolds Defrauded Illinois Workforce (WIA) program out of thousands dollars- Evergreen Park Illinois

 Ms. Deloris Reynolds was paid thousands of dollars to train people whom lost their job and wanted to continue their education.  She closed her office and disconnected her phone without a forwarding number.  She closed the office without the students finishing their courses.

She continues to open and close Offices.  She had an office  at 9300 South Ashland Chicago, IL and at 9500 South Avers, Evergreen Park, IL.  She said she offered classes in Computers, Billing and Coding , Medical Assistant etc.

I attended the course for Medical Assitant. The book training was fine which lasted 10 months. When I stated my clinicals this is what occured: 

All the equipment we use to practice  with was defective.  She used outdated urinalysis strips, defective fake arm which to train to  draw blood, gaved used and outdated books to teach, didn't give us our uniforms when we started school, gave a used stetascope (should have been new), the scale which to weigh people was missing the part to measure the height and the walker was missing a wheel.

She didn't give me a study guide to take my certification until I ask for it.  She only gave me 100 questions to study and when I asked for more, she gave me more on  used dirty paper which she had written notes  on the back.  The study guide should have had atleast 300 questions.

She said   she paid for my  registration for  me to take my certification exam.  That was a lie.  Since the fake arm  we used to draw blood was defective, she let me practice on her to draw blood about ten times.  I told her I need atleast 200 draws to be certified and she said that  the 10 draws from her arm was enough.

She claim at one time she was a Coroner for the Cook County Morgue in Chicago.  During  the winter  time the building was cold.  She used space heaters.  I wasted 1 1/2 years on a course which should had been completed in 10 months. Ms Deloris Reynolds should be stopped from ripping/defrauding the government.  I received my funding through the WIA program.  This program took me 7 months to get in.  Ms, Deloris Reynold wasted my time and cheated the government.  The WIA program paid her $5,000.

I dreamed of being a Medical Assistant.  I don't have the funds to get the quality training that is needed because Ms. Deloris Reynolds ripped off the government.  I have more to say but it would take  another three hous  to tell all. If anyone want the rest of the details , let me know
