 I am not sure there is much validity before Marvin Valento's claims other than he lost money on an investment. I’m going to guess he is more likely at fault here. The court records in Arizona clearly show he was obsessed with Peterson’s mother, which appears to be why the lawsuit was filed by Peterson. Valento was reckless with his own businesses. No surprise that Wall Street didn’t go right for him. I found dirt Google searching “Marv Valento real estate scam” on the exact same website he’s yelling scam here. A few bucks can get you coy of the audio and records from the court case mentioned below. Valento lies before the court more than once and which got him reported to the feds for insider trading, ID theft, and attempting to illegally embezzle money from a federally listed entity. The only reason why the case was dismissed was because the judge recommended to a higher court since the dispute was more business related than personal according to the judge. However that does not mean a civil protection order for a personal matter will go away. I’ll stay tuned for that news flash. He brought the negative attention on himself trying to sabotage someone and it didn’t go the way he intended from what I see. In my opinion its pretty ignorant to try and tell all of us that Peterson is not with the U.N. because there are pictures on him all over the U.N. websites including photos of him at the U.N. I found this picture of Peterson at the United Nations. That is why I seldom believe the bull that whiners like Marvin post on these types of websites.

This has been vacated quashed, the court sided with Mr. Valento and threw it out and Peterson was put in his second class place.

I hate to hear lies about genuine and good as Cary Lee Peterson and the political and world causes he stands up for.

I think Good People Unite are a group of bad liars who seem to be very unaware that there are records of the lawsuit against Marvin Valento at the Scottsdale Arizona City Court.

I've looked up Marvin Valento online. He has a Facebook and Linkedin profile and seems to be another nodoby out there trying to make a name for himself. 

I know of Mr. Peterson from different delegate meetings and discussion boards that promote climate change, jobs for Americans and equality for human rights. I am quite sure he laughs at this sort of ignorance. I just wanted to expose an outright lie. I would assume the original posting to this website from Good People was a lie also.

It appears that you have a civil matter involving MGV and CLP.

I don't see the relevance of of the SEC order and certainly the post was not made by the SEC. The post is made by the original author who claims a name as "AUTHOR: Good People Unite" but from the rebuttal of SJ and the company it appears this is a matter between MGV and CLP

The complaint that your post to this website transmits a series of allegations in regards to Cary Lee Peterson, who is CEO for a publicly listed entity company regulated by the US Federal Government and is a delegate and active participant for United Nations. There are multiple non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that are admitted and accredited by United Nations that Mr. Peterson is a member, an advisor, board member, or partner of at the present time. His status as a goodwill ambassador is valid for various nations where he is doing active business, based upon the relationship and title appointed by that government. Any internet publication or media outlet refers Mr. Peterson as the appropriate title, ‘Cary Lee Peterson, Goodwill Ambassador’. Let us be clear by stating that a ‘U.N. Ambassador’ is an employee of the United Nations’.

Any contract that is associated with RVPlus, Inc. was filed with United States Securities Exchange Commission as an official material agreement to the US Federal Government. Any falsified information filed with SEC is a major criminal offense. It would be up to federal regulators to decide if any acts committed by an officer of a publicly listed company were committed. If you have a complaint you would be better off filing it with the appropriate agency rather that a website that exploits ‘rip-offs’ in the community.

We make this response to your complaint today and realize that public information to shareholders and investors is important. I will alert you know that Mr. Cary Lee Peterson has filed a lawsuit against an individual by the name of Marvin George Valento for harassment and has been report to local and federal authorities for other illegal activities against RVPlus, himself, and affiliated parties. Court records in Scottsdale, Arizona show Marvin Valento (the defendant) was a personal friend of Mr. Peterson, who began to harass, slander, and broadcast falsified information to friends, relatives, and business associates linked to Mr. Peterson when he was unhappy with the current stock price. Any other information regarding this matter can be found in the court records that should be updated next month following the scheduled hearing.

All investors must invest at their own risk and do the necessary due diligence prior to making the decision to invest into ANY company. It is not possible to predict a stock price due to several variables, no matter how promising a public offering appears. Due to federal regulations, RVPlus or any officer or director from the Company would not transmit such claims to non-affiliate parties or the general public.
