I received an e-mail from a company called Cash Advance America claiming that I borrowed money from them and did not repay, and so they were in the process of pressing legal charges to issue a warrant for my arrest!  I called the number that was provided and was threatened by someone with a foreign accent that I had to go get a Wal-Mart money card and send them at least $100.00 within two hours or I would be arrested!  I have never borrowed money from them!

Loan was supposedly changed to a Gov Grant and thru a mistake in paper work, the $7,500 loan was changed to a $75,000 grant. Fees were required to process the grant and over $9,645.00 was paid in fees of various nature claiming the fees were required for processing. One last fee was always the last to be paid and distribution was next. Being there was never a deposit made to my account, and fees seemed to continue, I requested cancellation and a return of the amount paid for fees collected.
