 When I first met the owner of the comany the first words he said to me were "hey who's the black guy?". This naturally caused a uneasy work environment for my remaining tenure. I later found out just from being in this company and having the occasional cooler talk that almost everyday one or more of the clients from this are not getting their windows cleaned and still paying for it or if need be they owner will just sign any paperwork that needed to be signed himself. This owner has also been known to throw items at his employees as he feels necessary and he has also been known to switch your pay amount if he feels you have done something wrong but he wont even tell you he will just switch it and give you your short check.
