Mr. Gilmor sold us 2 Pure Air Air Cleaners and never produced these products and when we tried to cancel these transactions he refused to accept the certified mailing by not signing the return receipt. This causes the mail to return the letter to us. The mailing was done within the three day cancellation time period. The biggest issue with these Pure Star Air Cleaners produce Ozone which can be deadly to asthmatics like myself but it is generally just bad for everyone. Everyone be careful because this man has not returned the money that was paid for the product and also has not produced the merchandise. My Discover card is trying to get the money back but Mr. Gilmor has not replied to their requests.. The Air Cleaners produce OZONE BEWARE!!!!!

Hello - My I am the Said Customer from Cusick, WA. -I previously reported missing Air Cleaners - PLEASE IGNORE THIS COMPLAINT - ALL ITEMS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND/OR MONIES REFUNDED. I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AND THEY GLADLY MADE EVERYTHING OK - I'M VERY HAPPY AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM - WE HAD A MISUNDERSTANDING ON OUR END - EVIDENTLY THEY OFFER 2 KINDS OF AIR CLEANERS - AND WE CHOSE THE WRONG ONES!! HA HA - SORRY ABOUT THAT FOR ALL OF YOU INTERESTED. WE ARE CURRENTLY USING OUR AIR MACHINES AT FULL CAPACITY AND LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THEM.THEY'RE QUIET - BUT POWERFUL - AND VERY EFFICIENT - WE HAVENT HAD TO DUST SINCE WE PUT THEM IN THE ROOMS! AA++ ON THE PRODUCT - WAY TO GO TRISTAR AND PURESTAR WOOHOO!!
P.S. THE 2 REFERRALS WE GAVE ALSO PURCHASED AND THEY LOVE THEIRS AS WELL.... PLEASE DISREGARD THIS FALSE RIPOFF REPORT - THEY DON'T LET YOU ERASE OR FIX IT ONCE IT'S BEEN WROTE -
