Century Link Service Sucks Florida

We ordered internet service with Century Link.  The page says "30-day money-back guarantee".  So we switched service. 

HUGE MISTAKE!!  We constanly lost internet and had to unplug the router and restart the internet connection.  After giving us the run around for weeks, we told them we wanted to casncel the service and get our money back.  Of course they are fighting us claiming the site said "30 day satisfaction" (whatever that means). Their "Customer loyalty" rep promised us a hard time getting our money back. 

DON"T use them: poor service, poor customer service, claims there isn't a money back garentee.  Look just right of the picture.
