In response to Certified Forensic Loan Auditors rebuttal.

First of all I am not a graduate and I did not provide the feedback on the question "Did you learn what you expected?" They have everyone that goes through the class fill out these documents which I refused to do and I did not rate the teacher as stated they claim I did.

I was told that the class would be taught by an attorney; it was not. It was taught by a former student that filled in for someone at the last minute, had no outlines and was totally unprepared.

I did not take home work templates or anything else as stated. CFLA, after offering me a full refund, called me and told me I could take another course for free. This course was not only hundreds of miles away but was offered months after telling me they would refund my money. They also have me listed on their website as one that passed their exam and are telling people that I am a certified expert, which I am not.

It all sounds good and looks good but ask them two questions: 1. What is the percentage of cases save the homeowners homes and 2. How many people listed on their website out of the 1000 plus are actually helping
homeowners in distress. 3. How many go through the program, take the homeowners money and provide no service to the already financially strapped homeowner.

AGAIN, GOOGLE 'SECRITIZATION AUDIT SCAMS'. Partial refund is not good enough!! They make their money by selling seminars that are useless, at least mine was. I demand a full refund and an apology for the way I was treated otherwise I guess I will have to see them in court and I promise to be honest and report the results of the courts decision.

Complainant is a graduate of the MSA Training class.  He gave excellent handwritten feedback on the CFLA feedback form indicating under the question "Did you learn what you expected?" 9 out of 9

Additionally, in the portion of his own handwritten feedback form where it was asked "Please rate the instructors at the class, claimant rated the Attorney and Senior Auditor at 8 out of 9.

Claimant failed his notarized final examination with a score of 40 out of 100 total points.

When the training director contacted claimant about possibly retaking the course, claimant demanded a full refund plus expenses, despite having completed the entire 3 days of the course, enaged the instructors, and taken home all the work product, templates, and otherwise.

Claimant's reason he wanted a refund was that "Audits are a Fraud and he did not know this before taking the course."
