I need to advise the public that this person is unsafe. I am only writing this in case something would happen to my wifee or her kids or even myself. We have been in court issuses for two years now. Chad has been arrested many of times, He was arrested for burglary. He also has made thearts at my wife the kids and myself saing he would kidnap the kids and kill them and my wife. I seriously think he would to. I am in the middle of a Adoption and when it is all said and done he wont ever see the kids again. He does do drugs. He also gets hiis family and friends involed since he cant do nothing his self. on Jan 5 2010 the judge refused protective order. Knowing that he has violated the 1st one. So at this point we will take and and all action to protect the kids and our family since the court system has not protected us. Yes this means we will protect our self at any and all cost. No theart its a promise. I am sick of his lies and when he is asked to help support the kids and does not and says he is going to the bar you know he is worthless and a dead beat person not a dad cause he did not even fit the adoption. Which he had 30 days to do so and did not. I could go on all night but I think it will be all better soon. I just want everyone to be careful cause he loves to steal and do drugs and make threats.

The truth finally surfaces on why Dustin McGuire tried so hard to adopt Chad Gordon's children. This man is a monster who has physically, emotionally and sexually assaulted this child for 2 years now.
On december 16, 2013 Dustin McGuire, 27, of Elwood faces preliminary charges of child molest, criminal deviate conduct and vicarious sexual gratification, all felonies, for acts with a minor male victim alleged to have occurred at least 10 times, most recently on Monday. This isn't McGuire's first alleged incident with the child. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor strangulation in connection to an incident involving the boy in 2011.
All the time he has been proclaiming on this site what a horrible person the biological father was he was abusing this small child.

Lmao if I am mentally challenged I d like to know how hell I am a firefighter so I cant be mentally challenged and I am not hte a*s hole who lost my rights to my kids and I showed up to all my court dates unlike you.

I have no felony's. I only have one misdemeanor. Chads rights are no more and it cant be over turned. The judge knew were chad was and I did not lie. So prove it. My Lawyer did all the work.

The man who posted this report now has 2 felony charges on him for battery resulting in bodily injury (victim younger than 14, defendant older than 18) and Strangulation on MY kids. I have tried numerous times to support my children, but they would not let me. Even my ex's (the mother of the kids) family will testify to this. This guy is mentally challenged, and yes it can be proven. I DO NOT use drugs of any kind. I DO NOT go to the bar. I have gotten my life together. He also lied to get the adoption to go through, saying they had no idea where I was for a year and a half; which we all live in the same small town together. I have been in touch with the prosecutor of our county and are working on Perjury charges for the lies they used to get the adoption. I just dont understand why he wants MY kids when he came out of the closet as gay before he got with my ex. Its confusing.Everything is coming back together; and i too will protect MY children at no cost.
