Charles Sublett and Mediak CD's have taken our money and will not return it. After calling Charles Sublett again and again and asking for a refund he still will not return our money. This company is a total Rip off. Charles sublett and Mediak Promise You can make all sorts of dollars and they ship you a s**t product that nobody every makes money with. I have worked with Mediak for 2 years casually and have made a significant income just with doing basic shows, and Sam's Clubs events. When you bring your system out to shows, and can be energetic about the product, it sells itself. I never have trouble getting in touch with someone at Mediak, or even Charles Sublett, and they are friendly people who want to see their dealers succeed. There are other personalized music companies you need to beware of, but Mediak is NOT one of them!
