Do not believe anything these people tell you! Check all the recent scam reports. The sales reps will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to send them money. Overall their sales agents and service reps are untruthful in all their phone conversations. I have been trying to resolve a sign up issue for over six weeks, and all I get are confused statements and several contridictions in the same phone conversations. Then I was hung up on the last two phone calls.

Then the original sales rep called back, got nasty, and then he also hung up after shouting at my wife! This all involves a check I sent them for siging up for their program. This check was never received, destroyed, left in the sales agents file, misplaced, and then back to never received. The supervisor stated that CHW does not accept checks, and then stated (in the same breath) that "All checks arriving at the company go through him". How is that for a contradictory statement?
