Cincinnati Bell Bait and Switch Sales Tactics Cincinnati Ohio

We recently moved our internet, phone and cable TV services from Time Warner to Cincinnati Bell.  I asked our salesperson to compare the sports programming offered by both Time Warner and Cincinnati Bell. He stated that Cincinnati Bell offered more sports programming, with the exception of the Big Ten Network (BTN). Big issue for me, but the sales person added that BTN would be added in Fall 2014.  So, with basketball season nearing it's end, we switched.  When I tried to reauthenticate my WatchESPN app on my smartphone, I was not successful.  When I called Cincinnati Bell's Technical Support, the rep told me that I could not receive Watch ESPN through Cincinnati Bell. Our salesperson lied by omission by stating that the only service we would lose was BTN.  My smart phone's data plan that I used only for WatchESPN is worthless now.  When I called Cincinnati Bell to discuss their sales tactics with management of the sales department, I was refused.  This is an admission that they know what fraud they are committing to get customers.  I would rather be ignored by Time Warner than lied to by Cincinnati Bell
