Citi - Citifinancial Mortgage misappropriating funds, harassing, threatening, fraud, and wrongful foreclosure, ripoff Nationwide

I reported this company a couple of years ago, for harassment, fraud, violation of multiple consumer, finance, and credit laws. We were also being wrongfully foreclosed, when we filed suit against them. The suit didn't result in much more than another contract for them to violate, and the fact that the attorney we had got bought off, told the judge that we agreed to the terms when we didn't, and the judge called us wondering why we weren't making the payments we "agreed to".

Since then, they have continued to add unjustified fees, apply payments inappropriately, call/harass at all hours of the day and night (including Sundays), and no matter how much my husband has tried to work with them (making arrangements and sticking with them) they have continuously failed to keep ANY agreement. They have gone back to the VERY BACKWARD way of applying payments to this and that where it comes out in their favor.

Now, once again, they are threatening foreclosure. They have NEVER applied our loan to our credit report, not even the last "foreclosure". They REFUSE to report it in ANY mannor, though they stated that they did report the foreclosure. They would not respond to ANY of my written requests of explaination of charges and fees.

This fraudulent and DECEPTIVE company is now in charge of backing the Federal Student Loans???? WHAT'S NEXT????

I've now been forced to report them to Senators, and I tried a couple of years ago, to report it to the Governor, FTC, and others. I've now filed again, with Fox4News. They even go a Cease and Decist from the Federal Reserve in New York. What's going ON??/
