My name is Jarrett Caldwell. I am the Assistant Manager of Classic Mustangs LLC. I have been working for Terry Moreland since 2007. I would like to respond to the claims made by "Karma" regarding Classic Mustangs LLC. We operate with a great deal of transparency, as is evident by our posting here without any level of anonymity, rather than hiding behind an alias on an unbalanced 'review' site that requests that you not use personal info for some odd reason. That being said, we'd like to invite readers to continue researching our shop through many other sites that allow for our customers to post about the good experiences they've had as well as the bad and hold the poster accountable to their claims. Yes, we have had unfavorable interactions with customers in the past, what company hasn't? We still stand behind our work however and try our best to resolve any of our clients' issues to the satisfation of everyone involved.

Hello, my name is Terry Moreland, I have operated a Mustang restoration business since I got out of the Navy in 1992. I am A+ rated with the BBB and run a first class operation, having thousands of satisfied customers. I do also have the occasional disappointed customer or disgruntled ex-employee. 

Please allow me to correct the record regarding this negative review of my company.

1. From 1992-2001 I operated as a sole proprietor DBA Mustang Parts Unlimited, in 1995 Ford Motor Company required us to change the name to Classic and Performance Mustangs.  

2. In 2001 I incorporated my business as Classic and Performance Mustangs Inc. and worked on all years of Mustangs

3. In 2013 I sold my building, closed CPM Inc and opened Classic Mustangs LLC to focus solely on 64-70 Mustangs and enjoy my business closer to home. My future plans include Jarrett taking over for me, however I am still actively involved with both my staff and clients.

4. It's true I have moved my business 4 times in the last twenty something years. It was always for a planned purpose, usually to get more space because we are busy. 

5. Most legitimate businesses operate as some form of corporation or LLC for tax purposes. 

6. We take care of our customers through the BBB if necessary, negating the need for any "lawsuits."

I have had the same phone number and web site for going on 20 years, honesty and integrity are the cornerstones of my business. As for Jarrett and Robert, they are some of the most impressive guys your likely to meet and will go out of their way to take care of you.
