Collectionsetc.com Winston Brands Incorporated BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Elk Grove Village Illinois

I placed a Christmas order from this company via their website, collectionsetc.com on the 3rd of December to be sure it would arrive in time. I was immediately sent a Confirmation/Receipt which I printed out. I never received the order, or anything advising me that it was backordered, unavailable or anything. So I went onto their website to track my order and after I typed in the information that they had sent to me. I received an error message stating that no such order number existed. Today is the 13th of December and I have just gotten off of the phone, a long distance call, which I have to pay for, with one of their Reps. She verified all of my private information, but said their computers showed that I had never ordered anything from them at all!  I had never even heard of this company before and just happened to find their site in a search I was doing for one particular item. Anyway, when I told her that I had the printed Confirmation/Receipt right there in my hand, she said, "Yes, we've had alot of problems with other people placing orders online and getting order numbers that don't show up on our computers." Then she asked for my phone number so that they could do an investigation. I asked if I could reorder the item and she said, "No!"  I was so disgusted that I just told her to never mind. Now I've got 2 weeks before Christmas to find the item elsewhere.  The reason that I am warning everyone about this company is mainly because they have all of my credit card information and I have no idea what they are going to do with it. They also have all of the other people's credit card numbers that they did the same thing to, who might not even be aware that this has happened to them yet. This company needs to be shut down!
