Colony Cargo Tim Wood, Owner Worst & Most Costly Mistake Ever Made! Fitzgerald, Georgia

Bought a trailer and picked up in Jan 2012.  Have had nothing but problems.  Generator too small for our trailer and puts stress on our equipment.  It is a 5.5KW Generac.  It should have been between a 7KW and a 9KW.  This was told to us by the guy who installed, he knew generator too small.

Per the contract, we were to be provided a Non powered Roof Vent; we were not.  Also supposed to be provided ATP Side Door Step to access inside trailer, not provided.

Trailer was wired to heavy on one side.  The breakers will pop when too many items plugged in on one side.  One of the axles is damaged and now we cannot travel or the tire wears heavy in the middle.  One of exhaust fans over machine will cut off after 5 minutes and the trailer fills with smoke.
 
Been in contact with the owner, Tim Woods, and he hung up on me the last time we talked because I said I thought maybe it's time to contact a Lawyer. They have been advised several times of all these problems.  Have contacted the BBB and they say Colony Cargo has done everything they should have.  What a bunch of garbage!!!!  We bought this trailer based on the BBB rating.  What a huge mistake!!!!

They do not support their products.  Once you pay, your on you own  Their business ethics stink and I don't know how Tim Woo (the owner) and Carroll Wells (the salesman) sleep at night.  I am trying to sell the trailer which we paid $31,185.85 due to health issues (Secondary Progressive MS).  How much do we have to reduce because of all the problems?
