I registered and was admitted to Columbia College MBA program, after payment of fees and registration for two Grad classes, the college sent me a note that I was no longer admitted because my BA was not good enough! This notification was sent three weeks after receiving an official admission letter from the college!
Two weeks ago, I asked them to refund my credit card for all the fees paid and they stalled and as of today, they failed to refund my tuition and fees.
This college is a disgrace and is in massive confusion. I came to this conclusion after multiple conversations with the staff and it was clear to me that the college does not have their students best interest in mind that they are engaged in discrimination and intimidation their students. They manage to waste my time and have so far showed no remorse or apologized for their actions.

Hello Tewksbury. I am the employee that handled your MBA application at Columbia College. I am no longer employed there, however I would like to say in my defense that I always had your best interest in mind. As soon as I received your entire packet I promptly completed the application and sent your information on to main campus for your final evaluation. It was then that we found out that you had received your degree from a college that was NOT ACCREDITED. Unfortunately because of that you were then denied admission. I realize you had already registered for courses, but when we allowed you to register at the Hancock Field campus, we could not have forseen that happening. I will admit, I do not understand or really know why it took so long for your reimbursal to go through, but I can assure you, before that company threw me to the curb like garbage, the students always came first for me. I am extremely upset for what they did to me, and it is very difficult for me to stick up for them when I truly hate them right now, but I can assure you that when I was there the students were WELL taken care of. With the new director there, I cannot say that will still happen. He does not care about anyone or anything. All he cares about is getting the title of director on his resume for 3 years so he can move on. The New York Campus will go down hill with that man in charge. Again, I am truly sorry for all of the confusion that was caused, but it was not my fault, I was not unethical, and I certainly NEVER once discriminated against you or intimidated you in any of the phone calls we had.
