Columbia Telecommunications Group Columbia Fry's Electronics rebate ripoff Tempe Arizona

I purchased 4 Columbia Telecommunications Two-Way Radios from Fry's electronics in Tempe, AZ because the rebate. The price was $25 with a $25 rebate. No rebate was received. The wife called the company, finally got thru. They said they never received the rebates and requested she send the fax. Did that. No rebates! Called back. Said they go the fax and would mail rebates right away. I doubt it.

Fry's is just as much an accomplice to these rebate scams as the companies. Fry's receives complaints yet makes little effort to change the situation. Fact is that nobody want's to go through $5000 worth a trouble to collect a $25 rebate.

I do not shop Frys Electronics anymore because the staff are untrained and lack competancy in the areas for which they sell.
