Sanchez has "outwitted" both Florida and Connecticut sex offender registrys by moving from Kissimme, FL in February of 2005 to Windsor, CT, but reporting to authorities that he moved to Chicago, IL. Sanchez DID NOT move to Chicago, IL until the end of June, 2005. He is now supposedly residing in New York.

Sanchez wrote a bad check at a check cashing agency, rented a car, and drove from Kissimmee, FL to NY and then CT. He lived in Windsor with his mother, who is an employee of the CT Department of Children and Families. Sanchez returned to CT to live in Windsor, CT in November of 2005, yet did not report to the Registry until December of 2005.

How do I know all of this? I did date Sanchez from the beginning of December 2004 until the end of January 2005. When I found out that Sanchez was a sex offender, I could not let him live with me. My life has been a living hell every since the day I thought Sanchez walked out of my life forever.

I was glad to drive him to get the money from the check cashing agency, knowing that Sanchez had been fired from his job for arguing with a co-employee. (I later reported to the company that Sanchez was living in CT and gave them his address and phone number. To this day, bad check charges have NOT been pressed against Sanchez. At least that is what police told me when I pressed charges against Sanchez in June of 2005 for burglary conveyance and domestic violence.)

I did not hesitate to drive Sanchez from Kissimmee to Orlando so that Sanchez could rent that rental car and drive out of state, straight to NY where he stopped for a week or so; then he traveled on to CT. I wanted him out of my life!!!

Sanchez has stalked me since, harassed me, destroyed my personal property and has made numerous phone calls to my family, friends and employer. (He has all of my phone numbers because he took my cell phone away from me during one of the reported incidents.) Sanchez has even had female friends call me and threaten my life as well as harrass my sons. When I played the voice mails and made police complaints, all I was told was to "change my phone number."

Because Sanchez moves around so much, authorities have yet to press any charges against him. I have filed documented police complaints in Kissimme, FL; Orlando, FL; Chicago, IL; Houston, TX; and Chicago, IL.

Sanchez uses two social security numbers, brags that he married a woman for money in order for her to obtain U.S. citizenship, and served time in prison for committing a rape in 1991.

I have notified the sexual registries of FL, CT, NY, and IL, and informed all of them of Sanchez's whereabouts and his deception to the official state authorities. Yet no one does anything about it. I even notified the FBI.

This is why there are so many sex offenders and sexual predators preying on our society. Because it is so easy for them to move from state to state and they can get away with it.

I even took Sanchez to court on the Judge Alex show to try and obtain some sort of justice. Judge Alex ruled in favor of the defendent because I, a federal government employee at that time, did not have any creditibility claimed Judge Alex. The self-proclaimed judge did even believe me when I informed him that the "defendant" was a convicted sex offender. The show's producers actually flew this man from Chicago to Houston, TX, without even checking his criminal background.

I don't know what else to do. There is no justice for victims anymore. We live in fear every day. Every day, a human being, be it an adult or a child, is raped, abused, kidnapped, molested, and even killed. And we blindly ignore the warning signs in front of us. And people wonder how it is that a sex offender lives in a neighborhood without anyone knowing, then sneaks into a little girl's or boy's room, and kills her or him. It is because the criminal has gotten away with so much, he or she has to "up the ante" and do something on a different and more deviant level to get that sick, sadistic thrill.

As for me, I have panic attacks and nightmares to this day. I fear for my life and that of my two sons. Sanchez has even called my 82 year old grandmother in Alabama. Even she is not safe.

I have to list "Jose Antonio Sanchez, Jr" as someone that is NEVER allowed to pick up my son from school.

I have changed my phone numbers at least eight times during the past year and have moved three times to avoid harrassment and intimidation from this man.

I tried to have a restraining order served on Sanchez in September and October of 2005, but the papers were returned from Chicago to Kissimmee, FL unserved, even though I provided the correct address and phone number for Sanchez.

I am now going through the process of getting a restraining order in the state I now live (not Florida) in order to keep this man from contacting me and my family. I fear that he will come to my home and try to hurt or even kill me and/or my loved ones.

I always believed that America is the home of the free. Living in fear is NOT freedom. We have taken the phrase "innocent until proven guilty" to a whole new and much worse level. Now it is the innocent that live in fear. Children can't play alone outside anymore; we can't shop without having our children in sight at all times; we as Americans are being "jailed" by criminals who have more rights than we do as law abiding citizens.

This must stop? Why do we wait until an innocent person is killed until these kinds of men are put to justice?
