Cons Call Home Millicorp Total RIP OFF of phone minutes and overdraft of checking account Fort Myers Florida

 Cons call home was very professional when signing me up for the 1000min plan. Then I wanted to downgrade to the 100min plan soon after i begin to recieve soliciting calls from time warner cable but the solicted part never took place. The caller would call my phone say my name begin laughing and hang up the phone. I called to complain and a female rep begin to laugh. The following two days went by and the company withdrew 10.00 additional dollars from my acct stateing that i had gone over minutes. This made me investigate my call log once again the calls were coming from milicorp employees  when i called to make them aware of this they denied it stateing that anyone can call the number it doesnt matter if i call out on the line or someone calls in on the line it will take away min and they can not give a refund. I will include a conversation i begin through email (Take a look)I see that i'm being charged for calls that I should not be charged for such as July 11th all calls were recieved from time warner cable soliciting. July 9th I spoke with him twice not 4 calls. July 8th I never spoke with him. July 1st again did not speak with him. June 30th I did not speak with him as of today you are debting my account for 10.00 this is not acceptable d/c this account today

Thank you for your support e-mail to ConsCallHome.  We very sorry to hear that you are receiving calls that are not from the inmate, but  we can advise you on how to take care of this. The number we provide to you is regular land line and by law this number needs to be register, therefore any telemarketer has access to it.
 
We would suggest that you visit The National Do Not Call Registry website https://www.donotcall.gov/ and register that number to stop those calls. Once you do so those calls should stop within a couple of days.

You sell the number to telemarketers as well as me then they use up all my minutes that is suppose to be used for the inmate then you over charge my checking account with bogus charges that neither i nor the inmate made... I need a number to complain to because this isnt right and no matter how you try to dress it up it still doesn't make any sense. Now your telling me you can't refund my minutes ? i expect a refund of 10.00 you debted my account I called and spoke with your representative Joe this morning to disconnect my account. Please do this asap and make note of this as well as send me a notice stating that you acknowledge this request
