Cooking Pleasures Cooking Pleasure Deluxe Forged Cutlery False Advertising Minnatonka, Minnesota
*Consumer Comment: Same Product, Different Perspective.
While on the internet doing a survey, the offer came up for the cooking pleasure cutlery.
I thought the offer was reasonable for a one time purchase as a gift item. I did not agree at anytime to purchase a collection, or for monies to be automatically taken from my account. There is no return company name on the address label and my account became overdrawn from the actions of this company. I do not want further products, and will gladly return what has been shipped in exchange for a full refund from the company. I need help getting this matter resolved.

I signed up for the freeknife thing too, and yes it's true that while signing up there is no mention of more products being sent or more money being taken out of the account. However, when my free knife arrived it came with some documents that very clearly stated that if not canceled within 30 days this would happen.
When I called to cancel they were just as nice as could be and it was so easy.
So it's not a scam it's just failing to read the fine print. Or any print.
