Corner Light IT, It's President David C. Hatton contracted with my small transpotation company to automate our dispatching, routing, invoicing and payroll. We met with David mid September and gave him what our time frame was and is. Then I reinforced that again and he agreed and promissed us somthing that we could get started with in three weeks.

Now its November and we have had one excuse after the other from this and the other thing from his wife was sick to his debuger guy is out of the country in Mexico and can't get a good signal to access the internet and can't send the files and everything in between. He is so full of it.

I have been holding on to every lie of his with hope that he would come through with his expertise and help our little growing company. As of tonight he has broken the last commitment and blew up the last deadline. We are now weeks and weeks behind from where we needed to be. If he could'nt deliver he sould have not made the commitment.

Everone needs to be aware that this guy will over promiss and under preform, and cost you thousands of dollars that you will never get back. Hire a real company this guy is a fraud...

Rick he owes me over $3K

AUTHOR: TheFabulousOne - ()

POSTED: Friday, June 20, 2014

Rick,

Sorry you have had to deal with this slime ball, too. He hired me as a consultant 2 years ago. His first check bounced (illegal!) and it took him two months to pay that back. We had a 6-month contract, but I never saw a penny from him again. Since he moves around a lot and uses fake addresses online, I have nowhere to send invoices to, except for his email address.

So, he owes me over $3000 now, based on the contract he signed. I won't ever see it, I'm sure.

Good luck!

The last thing i have to say about this...

Everything that i have reported is true and can be backed up! However, to it may concern... So that i'm clear, David never received any money from me for this project... When i referred to costing me money I was referring to the additional cost of running a company without automation...

Rick,

I am already tired of going back and forth with you about this.

I NEVER begged anyone to take this down in exchange for anything. I called our unnamed friend to let him know that this was unacceptable and that I was moving on (considering he was the one who brought us together). He called me back asking what needed to be done for me to move forward, and yes, removing this was one of the requirements. Who in their right mind would work with someone knowing they are being bashed by that person on the internet?!

I am really surprised that you're acting so irrational, considering what I was willing to do for you and your company. I gave you an incredible deal because you were a friend of a friend and was willing to give a second chance because of that friend.

I guess it's true, "no good deed goes un-punished", a huge lesson learned.

Best of luck to you Rick, I wish you the best.

David would'nt know the truth if it hit him in the head! Nothing of what i said was false and everything is completely true. He was on the phone first thing this morning trying to get my friend who refered us trying to get me to remove my complaint in exchange for finally finishing the software he promised. Never, keep it you lier i will find someone who knows the how to tell the truth...  David, your just shocked that i wasnt going to keep taking your BS... To whom it may concern, do youself a favor, never use this guy, he is completely bad news. I have emails and text messages that will show everything that went down... my docs will show everthing i said is true.

False Claims

AUTHOR: David Hatton - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, November 06, 2013

Corner Light IT is a company that I made to stay in compliance with the IRS while doing side jobs part time and Rick knew this.

I explained to Rick that everything he needed would need to be broken up into multiple releases. This would get him the basic necessities in three weeks, and he was ok with that. When the time for initial release came, he changed his mind and asked for all of the application to be completed. This takes more time!

As for my wife being sick, not true!  This is completely rude to bring another man’s wife into a public dispute, when he doesn't even know her.

There have been shifts in the timelines because of the additional functionality, but that's normal when the project requirements change.

His company has been around and profitable for several years now. If in-fact he is losing thousands of dollars, it's a management issue, not caused by these claims. He has not given a dime for the work completed thus far. The only money spent at this point is mine, for the additional support this project requires.

Fraud is a powerful word and isn't defined by his claims.

It's unfortunate that Rick feels the way he does; I did this as a favor for a mutual friend against my better judgment.

Sadly enough, I have put a lot of effort, time and money to get this project ready for Rick and would consider finishing what I started with a simple apology.

Best of luck!
