Oh my God, ....I wish I would have read the reviews on this dump before going down there with my truck. ....the absolute worst experience I have ever had with anyone! .... they are all liars, cheats, and scammers! .... PLEASE do not take your vehicle there or you will be engrossed in a month long ordeal of arguments, lies, and aggravation that NO one should ever have to go through.

Shawn is this snotty little twerp that runs the desk and authorizes work on the vehicles. He's is the main problem with that shop and takes it upon himself to order work to be done without having a certified tech do the proper testing.

The technicians are sloppy and careless at best, ....and it seems that they are really not interested in doing the right job because  Jeff the owner ... is oblivious to everything that is going on in the shop! He's walked all over by the rest of the group who has no respect for him or the customers that they are screwing over for big money.

They don't diagnose the problem correctly, they lie about the work that needs to be done, they never have the work done when they told you it would be, and none of their techs are certified. You will never really know the truth behind the work they do. .... My story ended up in me needing to contact the head hunch in their home office in charge of customer relations department  ( Mike Bacola - 215-643-5885 )at Cottman corporate headquarters to get anything done. They aren't to swift either because it took for me to call and complain and make threats to go to the media and the local court in order to get any answers. I started business with them April 5th and today it's May 7th and they STILL have my truck with the excuse of additional parts that needed to be ordered.

I have little faith that the truck will work properly for long after we're through, and I'm sure that this little trick is something that this garage counts on, so that they can rake you back in with new stories about new parts that weren't the problem last time, but need to be replaced this time so that they can make more money off you for eveytime your stupid enough to go back.

Stay away from them, that place is a complete joke and they will rip you off, take your money, keep your car for longer then you can afford to be without it, and treat you like some kind of trapped fly! RUN RUN RUN !

Having a trany problem is bad enough, ...but then going through this for as long as I did is a complete distruption to your life and that's not worth it for any amount of money!
