D-N-A Carpet Cleaning, Groupon Rob Debow, Rick Akin, Astrid Osterdahl Terrible customer service, dont care attitude, untrustworthy Pinellas Florida

Bought a groupon for carpet cleaning services from an unheard of company called "D-N-A Carpet Cleaning" I believe they have called themselves "D-N-A Extreme Clean" in the past. I was hesitant to pull the trigger on the groupon because they had no listed address or contact info, no ratings, no reviews. Everything about this company read "fly by night" but the deal was so cheap I figured whats the worst that could happen... Well... A lot actually. 

I called and left voice messages on their main phone during regular business hours 4 days straight. I was never called back once during this time. I was about to request a refund from Groupon because I couldnt reach them, when I finally got through on the 5th day. When I asked if they had received any messages the man sounded very unprofessional responding with things like "I dont know", "maybe we did", and "well, what do you need". I said Id been trying to schedule a carpet cleaning and we agreed on them to come out and clean the carpets the following Saturday between 9-10. They said to expect them to confirm the appointment the day before.

Saturday rolls around, no call from them the prior day to confirm, no call day of, and it gets to be an hour past the scheduled time range. I call the same number, (727)422-0723,  back only to have the same man answer the phone without any introduction. I asked why they hadnt shown up at the scheduled time. After some silence he said "oh, that was suppose to be next saturday" before he even know who he was talking to! I asked what adress he had and if he knew who this was and he finally admitted he didnt. He then when on to say, look I dont have anything in my system by your name or address and started laughing. When I said, Im glad you find this funny he said "Look, you can kiss my a**, we dont want your business and hung up". The idiot didnt realize this was already prepaid for. So when I called him back and let him know this was a groupon, he said, oh, we dont need that business either way and hung up AGAIN!

After about 30 minutes, while I was calling Groupon to get a refund (and learning of the numerous complaints Groupon was receiving) and to complain, he called back and said because this was all just a misunderstanding and they didnt want bad reviews, they would send me the refund directly so Groupon wouldnt find out. They didnt want some agreement with them to be ruined. Which is why I am posting this to let people know what you will be dealing with if you hire "D-N-A Carpet Cleaning". You will get a "kiss my a**", "I dont care", "we dont need your business" attitude. Save yourself a lot of trouble, there are better people out there who actually want your business.
