 This is a absolute FALSEHOOD.  The Truth is much stranger than fiction.  As of 6/9/2012, We are within our confines of the contractor agreement.  We have performed and are performing.  Jeff and Cindy Coats of Action Pro Services are running the SCAM!

 From the beginning, Jeff Coats has expressed his interest in building pools, as he has a Outdoor Living Space contracting company.   After the pool was gunited, 10 days ago, they demanded ACTION. Unfortunately, WE CANNOT build 1 pool at a time. We have an agreement that spells it out in spades.

 The reality is Cindy and Jeff work from their Home. And stare at the pool by the 1/2 hour, and have been absolutely unreasonable in their demands and expectations. Admittedly, we had a couple issues on the gunite, it was shot to high against the patio, and it made it slightly deeper than 6'. Well since Jeff Coats is about 5' 2" this could be a major issue. And a action plan could have been invoked to correct any eventuality. But Jeff Coats said, it was OK. And we had mutually agreed to flagstone the patio to deal with the issue there. NO PROBLEM.

The PROBLEM occurred when Jeff Coats asked me why we were putting plumbing in before Tile and Coping, at which time I explained, he needs to sign off on the choices, and I WANTED the plumbing in and complete, before we started Tile and Coping at which a 25% check is due.

 He became upset, yelled at his wife that there was another check to be paid before completion. Jeff Coats expressed his desire to pay the final 30% all at once at completion.  DOES ANYONE OUT THERE BELIEVE THAT WOULD OCCUR?  Regardless, the agreement clearly states the payment is due, and they agreed. MONDAY of this week, I get calls from Jeff Coats, that we have to call him, which is done to such a degree, we cannot produce. WE UNDERSTAND, HE SITS AT HOME AND STARES AT THE POOL.

But That is not fair to us, we are doing our job, we are performing.  His Monday message was, he can go pick up the tile and stone, because he demands something should be done NOW. "I do not CARE about those other people". Meaning other customers. Tuesday we were busy, Wednesday, we were planning on being there, but his tile and coping choice addendum had not been signed. It was forwarded, signed, and sent back. 

 THEN IT GOT NUTTY, I explained the tile would be delivered, and then started the next morning, AND the check would have to be paid. After some hysterical discussions, Cindy Coats went absolutely INSANE. SCREAMED we were out to get her, we were trying to SCAM her, SHE was going to see the whole company arrested. Then Jeff Coats called, threatened, screamed, and demanded 10,000.00 back.

 Here is the real problem. Jeff and Cindy Coats explained they had to borrow 10,000.00 from Cindy Coats parents to build the pool. And he being a contractor, finishing this pool now is a breeze.

ANY body can place tile, stone, pour a sidewalk, and pool owners call Plaster companies everyday, to have their pool plastered. So it becomes VERY CLEAR, this chiseling couple, decided to use the 2 -3 invalid complaints from my 35 years of contracting in Dallas, and use that as a Pretext, to run us off, complete the pool, save some money, BUT THE REAL PLAN WAS, DO THE DEAL, AFTER TILE AND COPING WAS DELIVERED. And when that was not going to happen, the spoiled, conspirators BLEW a gasket. We have not been notified with any reasonable complaint, absolutely violated the agreement by not giving us a concern in writing, and allowing us time to repair any problem. Rather, that last payment, cannot be funded. It is clear, the act, is to save some money, at our expense.

 And let it be known. We will demand Justice, File Suit, File a Lien, and drag mutt and jeff through a long and complicated court trail, because the MOTIVE here is clear, the Plan to bad mouth us, and rest on the internet hag gs, is a clear motive to defame, slander and damage our company without cause.

I will end this response with an invitation, for all you sick people who read, and are moved by this internet gossip and payton place slander and accusation, from people who claim to be outright VICTIMS, but never enter a Justice, unless to Perjure themselves.

Then after the MELTDOWN, begins to threaten, insinuate violence, even a plan to stalk my movements around town. Please listen, and decide for yourself, are these the voices of reason, fairness, or lunacy, motivated by a failed plan to harm us, but were stopped by out strict adherence to our agreement. REMEMBER, THEY SIGNED THE TILE CHOICE AGREEMENT THE SAME DAY AS THE MELTDOWN ACCUSATIONS OF WRONGDOING?!?
