Mr. Dan Jackson of USA ONE FUNDING Group has been scamming potential food truck owners across the country.

Here is the the design of the scam:

Mr. Jackson would start contacting Custom Food Truck Builders/Manufacturers across the U.S. informing them that he can get his customers financed.  The Food Truck Builders would refer their potential food tuck buyers to Dan Jackson / USA ONE Funding Group.

Dan Jackson would have the potential food truck owner complete a finance application.  Then, he would get back with the food truck owner a few days or week later and state, you have been approved.  However, you must provide a "Good Faith Deposit" of 10% of your loan amount.

Mr. Dan Jackson SCAMMED/DEFRAUDED customers in California, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Illinois, Texas, and many other states.

Mr. Dan Jackson and USA ONE Funding Group have received a Cease/Desist Lawsuit from the State of California:
