David Will is a full time Con Artist who poses as a home repair contractor. His specialty is installing floor tile, but he works in all areas of home repair ripoffs. He requires a 50% deposit on a contract before work begins. Once he has the deposit he never returns to do the work. He has 8 outstanding warrants for his arrest in Texas and Minnesota.
