I've been observing DealDash since October.. When I started there was 4-5 pages of items to bid on, and people complaining of bots bidding (lots of bids by bidders with no name and lots of random numbers), now you have only 1 1/2 pages to bid on and the same "people" winning over and over (without a cap on items).. These are the things I have problems with, 1. Bids not showing up on bid buddy, 2. Screen popping up that asks " are you still there" and missing the chance to bid, (What does it matter if I'm there or not?). 3. Screen freezing. 4. Same people winning over and over without it showing as a win. 5. They don't answer emails. 6. Receiving product not as described and a cheaper model, without compensation. 7. Bid button not working while trying to bid. I have sent several emails and never received a response.. My son has had the same problems as well. I have lost over a 1000 bids because of these issues and no response. I have taken notes, screen shots and pictures of these practices, so if anybody want to file a class action law suit, let me know. If we all worn people on our Facebook pages about this, the word will get out. Go to the BBB and file a complaint too.
There is no reason for this to be going on, DealDash is making tons of money on their site!

I was able to review your account and message history using the details you've provided here, and so I can see that you've been contacted by our customer support team multiple times regarding your concerns, specifically regarding the BidBuddy feature and certain users breaching their winning limits. I am pleased to see that our customer support team did provide you with additional information as you requested, and has credited you with any bids you may have lost due to technical issues with the auctions. As you are no doubt aware technical issues do arise from time to time, but our dedicated team of professionals works diligently to minimize these instances and make sure that customers are taken care of for any inconvenience.
