dealer click company is base on cheat and false info. to customers, sales man kevin mitchell is big fraud, he gave me false info. about the product, which is not what he explained to me, just to get my credit card info. he got my cr card info. he email me just pages to sign, and didn't mention the policy and neither email to me, he said that it is one time buy software, and you can install it as many computers you would have in your dealership, when i received the software, it came with a usb key, still couldn't install it, says key is missing, that's how they set it up, i called them,then he tranffered me to tech. departmen, josh had me used "join me" computer share screen, so he was using my computer and put keys in it, which means, if my computer got crashed or i have to install to a different computer, i would have to call them and i would have to pay for it again, it is just cheating, I am looking for a legal action, i still have the cd, but can not be install, it says key is missing, when i was signing the 2 page for authorizing the credit card, i made a note by my signature, " this authorization for purchase of dealer click software one time pay to own this software with no subscription and one year free support per Mr. kevin Mitchell." any one out there can help or guide me what should I do, can i sue them for cheating and fraud,any help would be greatly appreciate it.
