DIET-PATCH.COM HAS YOU SEND IN MONEY, AND AFTER FOUR MONTHS OF WAITING FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE, DOES NOT WORK. ALL OF MY FRIENDS BOUGHT IT AND WE ALL BROKE OUT INTO A SERIOUS SKIN RASH ALMOST LIKE A DARK PURPLE COLOR. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, THE FDA AND AM IN THE MIDDLE OF TAKING THEM TO COURT. I EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM TO THEM, AND THE ANSWER THAT I GOT THAT WAS IT WAS TO BAD ON ME, AND THAT THEY WERE NOT REFUNDING ANY OF OUR MONEY.
THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM IVE EVER HEARD OF, AND WHEN I TALKED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT ABOUT MY PROBLEM, THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE SEEMED TO BE ON DRUGS, AND SLURRING THERE WORDS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE, AND THE DRUG ADDICTS THEY HAVE WORKING AT DIET-PATCH.COM

This is a hoax posting. I am the webmaster for our company and we did report a hacker in NY this week and so it is our assumption that 'Tom" is actually Paul who hacked into a legitimate business webserver and starting using their mail exchange to send out SPAM.
Below is a copy of the said email and we reported this to Moniker and the affected owner of the legitimate domain.
The response I got from this SPAM Artist is as follow:
"You just f***** with the wrong person (obviously edited the profanity)."
