BEWARE THIS COMPANY DIRECT LENDING !!! In my opinion, the owner Tracy Scott is a CON ARTIST and THIEF. If you decide to do business with him make sure you have a contract and certified payment in full up front before performing any service work for him. WARNING: He is a deadbeat and will not pay only promises that are never delivered. He slowly stole over $ 17,000+ in webservices and consulting that have not been paid for and when we demanded payment he attempted to "STEAL" and highjack a 4rth site we had created for him. He is manipulative and a smoothtalker that will prey on your emotions if you are a good person. He uses many persuasive tactics to keep you busy and moves from one location to another to continue stringing you along and keep full of "Temporay" excuses. DON"T BE FOOLED and use extreme caution when doing business with him and any businesses associated with him. He conducts business under the folllowing names: Direct Lending Car Loans, Car Loans by Phone, Guaranteed Car Loans Now, Classified Preowned Cars., but he has purchased MANY other domin names so stay away from anything with TRACY SCOTT and the phone #877-673-7227 or 646-319-1253. In the past 11 months he has jumped from one dealership to another including Healy Brothers located in Orange County NY, to Rockland Nissan in Nyack NY, to Rockland Hyundai in Nanuet NY and most recently Rich Catena Auto Wholesalers in Teterboro NJ. My opinion, stay away from doing any business with him. He uses extremely unethical business practices. He recently tried to persuade us to fraudulently alter loan documents to get a loan approved for one of his clients and bragged about stealing over 10,000 bankruptcy leads from his previous place of business. These latest antics set up some serious red flags and we finally contacted his previous web developer and learned they too had been scammed to a lesser extent. If you are bold enough to do business with him, check out his referrals on your own to find out about his past track record. We have decided to cut our losses and terminate the relationship. If he uses anything from the unpaid websites and work we have performed for him it will be construed as copyright infringement.

I feel fine with my with the business transaction I have made tithe Mr. Scott. He was very neat articulate and put together. he did not come off as a person whom is out for a ripp off and I have my vehicle now too. I am a mother of 3 and I have had bad credit and things worked out just well for me. The accusation is I say rediculous and there is no way this person bout a car and didnt get one from Mr. Scott. I belive what ever happened with the person writing the report had alot to do with thier own mess and shouldnt take things like personal busioness agianst someone who is really out to help people but not hurt them. I belive they should take thier ad down and not disrupt the lives of people who really need help. works good good on gas no problems with anything and I have had the car for 6 years now. people shouldnt belive the person who wrote that message. they should actually call this guy and get thier business done by him cause in my resource book he is the best on the North East. Thank you very much. And a wonderfully big Thank you from me Tracy.You taking my business put me back on the road to handing my business and taking a giant step tword a brighter future with my family and my kids. REALLY DO NOT GET WHAT ANY OF THE ABOVE HAVE TO DO WITH FINACING A CAR? IT IS ABVIOUS THAT THIS IS A CLEAR DISPUTE AND THIS MAN IS TRYING TO BASH DIRECT LENDING. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF TRACY SCOTT FOR OVER 15 YRS MY FAMILY, FRIENDS AND I HAVE BEEN BUYING CARS THROUGH HIS COMPANY FOR YEARS!! HE IS HONEST, HARD WORKING AND DRIVEN TO DO WHAT EVER IT TAKES TO SATIFY HIS CUSTOMERS. IF YOU NEED A CAR TODAY DIRECT LENDING AND TRACY SCOTT IS THE ANSWER. THE NERV OF THIS MAN TRYING TO HURT A HARD WORKING HONEST MAN FROM MAKING A LIVING FOR HIS FAMILY. BASED ON WHAT I READ ABOVE THE SNAKE IS THE CROOK OF A GRAPHIC DESIGHNER.

In reference to ms.truths comments I personally have done bussiness with this company on several occasions. I have always gotten courtious reliable service, with the company owner going above and beyond to satisfy my needs.
I went to buy a car with extemely bad credit and drove off the lot very pleased. Since then have had other business ventures with this individual and have never had any problems, so my word is tracy is an upstanding man with great business ethics. No worries when dealing with this company.
