I found this company on Craigslist, bad mistake right there, but because we were on a very tight budget, paying for everthing ourselves, I decided to look them up and check them out. Nothing negative at all about the company so I said ok why not. My biggest mistake was paying in full before the service was rendered. Advice, dont pay in full before because then you are stuck with what you pay for. This company is cheap but its because they do crappy work. For a full 8 hours (only stayed 4 hours - left before we did) and my wedding video is less than 5 minutes long. I was told 4-6 weeks to turn the product over. I recieved mine 4 months later. After several attempts of contacting them I only recieved about 300 pictures and over half of them are dark, blurry or are of useless stuff (my husbands butt and feet) our heads were cut off in pictures and none of the scripted photos were not taken (I had an itenerary of what I wanted and time frames) When I confronted the company it took over a month to recieve a response saying that it was in the spam folder.    I suggest very strongly do not use this company unless you just want to waste your money and have no memories of a special event.

If your wedding was a "FULL 8 HOURS" as originally written in your report and there were photos of your preparation we would not have been there for your exit, as your package was for 6 hours only. I was not made aware of any tardiness for the shooters that attended the wedding until this report was written. Had I been we would have this matter discussed and sorted out being as so much time has passed there is no way for this to be verified and his footage does seem to be in full for the beginning of the ceremony. I am trully sorry you were unhappy with the amount of materials you received and there were package upgrades available that would have given you more photos and a longer video. As you mentioned our prices are "cheap" to most but that is because they are built to give even low budget weddings some quality work which they may not have been able to afford otherwise. Your memories are in no way ruined. I stand by our quality 100%. Thank you.

I did not recieve my products according to contract if so then i would have had everything promised from Januarys email. I did not recieve all of my products according to the contract and also if they were there per contract then why is it that while walking down the isle the videographer arrived? And why are there no pictures of my husband and I leaving the facininity? Beacuse they left before time was up. I paid for a service and service is not what I got. I have my opinion and I will be posting pictures of what Divine Imagery calls finanlized and "editing" of pictures, which was only like 300 some photos from a 6 hour long wedding.

Everything Received According to Contract

Mrs. Solazzo received everything according to the terms of her contract. Her items took longer than the usual amount of time to receive because of the additional editing performed to ensure her satisfaction.

The screenshot she has posted is not a reflection of her final materials, but a pre-edited photo that was in her private online gallery.

The video received was the video provided with the package she paid for. We have the footage still on file and would be willing to do an additional edit, but this would cost more than what was originally paid.

I have tried to accomodate this customer the best I can but there are some cases where it is not possible.
